Whether you purchase the property at the end of the term or walk away with savings greater than when you started our program, we want you to be in the position to purchase a home.

We insist on transparency and fairness and want you to know exactly what to expect. This is why we require that you get independent legal advice before making your commitment to the StepHome program.

Many rent-to-own programs prioritize investors’ earnings over the homebuyer’s successful purchase of their chosen home. We focus on affordability for the homebuyer, homeownership as the end goal for homebuyers, and lowering risk for our Home Buying Partners.
